Bartender/Service Agent Part-time

Job Description

Thanks to your hosting skills, our guests will enjoy a wonderful stay. As well as tending the bar and One Lounge, your duties will also include the following: 

• Multi-purpose agent for bar service
• Providing a seamless, rapid service (preparing drinks, serving at the tables, taking payments, stock management etc.). 
• Pm/Evening shift. (most of the shifts will end at 2am)
• Helping to organize the bar service and determine all the necessary standards and schedules in cooperation with the department manager
• Providing advice to customers and actively selling Motel One Lounge products in order to achieve the One Lounge sales budget
• Helping to order food, beverages and spirits for the bar areas and take inventory at the end of the month
• Gaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams

Qualifications

Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers – you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:

• Have a valid European work permit 
• Be available to work in the indicated working hours. 
• Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering industry or be looking for a change of career
• Be open and communicative  
• Have hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry
• Be flexible and creative and have an excellent sense of quality, even in stressful situations. Available to work during the night. 
• Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together
• English speacker
