N-IX is looking for a talented Senior AQA (5+ years of experience) to join our client's team for implementing a permanent and automated testing framework to continuously measure and monitor platform-wide and service-level performance and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Defining test scope and validation strategy across product areas or domains (instead of just assigned features).
• Creating and maintaining QA Dashboards regarding monthly productions bugs leakage.
• Guiding and mentor P1–P3 QA engineers on testing practices, automation, and debugging techniques.
• Basic knowledge of how we can integrate the latest AI methodologies (MCPs, Agents) into our existing Test activities.
• Assisting in defining the test execution strategy across the pipeline, deciding which tests run at which stages (e.g., PR checks, nightly, pre-release).
• Owning the identification and validation of critical end-to-end scenarios across KNIME workflows and product interactions to be covered via Automation using Playwright.
• Collaborating with engineering teams to improve system testability for complex workflows.
• Proactively contributes to the JIRA ticket refinement sessions in order to define the detailed Acceptance Criteria.
• Improving stability and reliability of major product areas through structured testing strategies.
• Increasing release confidence by optimizing test execution across CI/CD pipeline stages in Jenkins.
  Improving automation scalability by promoting better Feature based testability.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of software testing pyramid, quality engineering practices, and risk-based testing strategies.
• Strong understanding of product & it’s architecture, including workflow execution, node behavior, and data processing interactions.
• Advanced expertise in automated testing practices and maintaining scalable automation frameworks (Playwright).
• Proficiency in designing and maintaining automated test cases from scratch.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and test integration within continuous delivery environments.
• Working knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools.
• Understanding of non-functional testing concepts (performance, reliability).
• Basics of Kubernetes and how it is related to the User/Customer.
• Understanding about the codebase.
