Our client is an early-stage technology company building at the intersection of AI, automation, SAP, and enterprise transformation. The company works with consultants, SAP system integrators, boutique advisory firms, and enterprise transformation teams across large organisations.

Job Summary

This is a high-leverage 0→1 opportunity for a senior GTM operator to architect the B2B engine for an industry-leading AI coaching platform. While the company is a profitable, decade-old market leader in the creator economy, this role focuses on the rapid expansion of a new elite AI offering.

The challenge isn't closing—our CEO handles that. The challenge is access. You will own the strategy and execution required to get our leadership in front of €1M+ business owners, EO/YPO chapters, and global stages. You will serve as the strategic partner to the CEO, turning a visionary founder-led sales process into a scalable, agentic GTM machine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Generation: Own the B2B/SMB outbound strategy, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities with high-net-worth business owners and 7-figure coaching companies.
  • Education-Led Growth: Secure speaking slots on relevant stages (EO/YPO, workshops, industry conferences) and manage the "room" to ensure maximum impact and conversion.
  • Founder Brand & Positioning: Ghostwrite and manage the CEO’s public profile to position them as a global authority on AI transformation, turning content into a lead-gen funnel.
  • Agentic Systems Building: Architect and deploy AI-driven GTM workflows using tools like Clay, Claude, and agent builders to automate research, enrichment, and personalized outreach.
  • GTM Playbook Ownership: Document every win into a repeatable playbook, mapping ICP segments, messaging, and offer structures for the next phase of scale.
  • Strategic Partnership: Work directly with the CEO to refine positioning, pressure-test MQL funnels, and ruthlessly prioritize high-leverage growth experiments.

Requirements

  • AI-Native Operator: You don’t just use prompts; you build agentic systems and automated workflows (Clay, Apollo, AI agents) to scale GTM operations.
  • High-Ticket B2B Experience: Proven track record in GTM or BD for contracts in the €24k+ range; you understand the nuances of selling to sophisticated SMB owners.
  • The "Access" Mindset: A relentless ability to reach hard-to-reach buyers. If you can’t reach the CEO, you find the gatekeeper, the partner, or the stage that gets you through the door.
  • Sales Literacy: You are a builder who speaks "sales." You aren't just looking for brand awareness; you are looking for qualified pipeline and revenue.
  • Strategic Execution: You bring structure and follow-through to a visionary environment. You ship playbooks and systems, not just decks and ideas.
  • Communication: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to ghostwrite for a CEO and manage high-level brand positioning.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience building a B2B/SMB outbound engine from absolute scratch.
  • A background in executive events or community-led growth (EO, YPO, Vistage).
  • Experience in the coaching, education, or "infopreneur" space.
  • Past experience as a "Chief of Staff" or "Founder's Associate" in a high-growth tech environment.
