We are looking for a bright, proactive, high-energy intern to support strategic initiatives in Market Research at Bosch Global Software Technologies Vietnam.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys thinking conceptually, connecting abstract theories with real-world problems, and shaping ideas into actionable programs.
You will work directly with the Program Manager to explore new growth opportunities, understand emerging technologies, and contribute to the growth of the organization.
- Do market research, extract insights and translate them into concise, applicable narratives for internal use.
- Develop Vietnam-specific interpretations of global innovation theories by mapping them to market examples (e.g., SAP, ERP, mobility, energy, manufacturing, retail).
- Identify emerging trends relevant to Bosch and Vietnam’s market landscape, to expand to ASEAN market if time allows.
- Conduct light market research on technology, industry movements, or competitive activities.
- Summarize findings in clear, concise formats (1–2 pages or short slide decks).
- Provide supporting analysis for decision-making.
- Help manage activities on the internal strategy, customer discovery workshop (e.g., updates, summaries, insights).
- Support communication materials (presentations, briefs, posters, short analyses, videos).
- Assist in organizing and preparing content for innovation programs, workshops, and other internal activities in department.
Qualifications
- Must be undergraduate student, able to commit full-time for 06 months.
- Official university recommendation letter with stamp (mandatory).
- Background in business / engineering / economics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical thinking: ability to understand abstract concepts and distill them into simple explanations.
- High energy, curiosity, and willingness to explore unfamiliar topics.
- Good communication skills (English + Vietnamese).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic familiarity with technology trends (AI, digital transformation, industry shifts).
- Ability to translate theory → real Vietnamese examples → potential opportunities.
Nice to Have: - Interested in strategy, customer discovery, communication or technology management.
- Ability to build simple slides or visual explanations (PowerPoint, Miro, etc.).
- Experience with small research assignments or student projects.
