What you will do
Role Description
- General support and assistance for trust management activities
- Full responsibility for managing an assigned portfolio of trusts
- Populate and reconcile trust cash reconciliations
- Manage trust funding Subscription processes
- Manage trust month end processes
- Identify and resolve discrepancies with servicer/originator
- Run cashflow distribution waterfall calculations
- Instruct trustee to make required payments
- Liaise with stakeholders as required
- Financial model maintenance and development (this will be supported by ongoing training and mentoring).
Qualifications
Desired Experience & Skills
- 1-3 years’ experience in structured financial markets
- Securitisation trust management experience, minimum 1 year
- General experience in financial SPV or trust management/administration
- Complex transactions/projects with multiple stakeholders
- General understanding of legal documentation focused on operative commercial provisions
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Cashflow modelling (helpful but not essential)
