Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

As a Total Rewards Partner, you ensure that global compensation, benefits and mobility strategies are effectively implemented, locally relevant and support a fair, competitive and consistent employee experience. You act as a rewards expert for the Sales Market, securing alignment with global frameworks while addressing market-specific needs. 

You will: 

  • Act as a rewards partner for the sales market, ensuring alignment with global total rewards strategy and local operational relevance. 
  • Lead the execution of rewards programs at market level, covering compensation, benefits, mobility and other specialist areas. 
  • Support implementation and communication of pay structures and compensation principles across the Sales Market. 
  • Oversee annual rewards processes, including salary review, incentive planning, budgeting and market benchmarking. 
  • Drive consistency and compliance with global policies, ensuring local practices follow global frameworks and legal requirements. 
  • Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to support organisation‑specific reward strategies and decision‑making. 
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR functions to facilitate accurate compensation data management in global HR systems. 
  • Provide expert advice and training to HR teams and senior leaders on compensation- and benefits‑related topics. 
  • Analyse internal and external market data to maintain competitive pay practices within the Sales Market. 
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of global rewards tools, practices and data quality. 

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH 

You will collaborate closely with HR leaders, senior business stakeholders, Finance teams, People Partners, Reward Specialists, Global Total Rewards teams and Talent & Succession partners. You will work cross‑functionally to implement global frameworks, provide insights and ensure a consistent rewards approach across the Sales Market. 

WHO YOU ARE 

We are looking for people with… 

  • A university degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits. 
  • Strong analytical, advisory and project‑management skills. 
  • Experience working with senior HR and business stakeholders. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis and compensation frameworks. 
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills. 
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
