This role focuses on maintaining consistency and quality across platforms by replicating researcher-generated data and editorial content into designated content management systems, as well as providing support for basic data validation and some ad-hoc research tasks as required.

This is a fixed-term role created to support increased workflow demands and system migration activities. The Manila team plays a key role in ensuring global content is accurately reflected across platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow structured processes.

  • Replicate editorial content (including stories and directory updates) from global teams into the designated CMS.
  • Ensure all transferred data and content is complete, correctly formatted, and consistent across systems.
  • Perform basic data cleansing and validation tasks, and conduct simple online research to verify or complete missing information in line with defined guidelines.

Quality Control and Accuracy

  • Review entries for errors, omissions, formatting issues, or duplication before and after transfer.
  • Follow established data entry standards and procedures to maintain data integrity.
  • Flag any discrepancies or issues to the relevant team for resolution.

Workflow Support

  • Work closely with researchers and editorial teams to ensure timely processing of content.
  • Prioritise tasks based on daily volume and deadlines.
  • Support high-volume data entry requirements during peak periods.

System and Process Adherence

  • Follow clear guidelines and workflows for content handling and system use.
  • Quickly learn and effectively use internal content management systems and tools.

Required skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not essential).
  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support or working content management systems.
  • Familiarity with web-based systems.
  • Understanding of asset management industry (preferred but not essential)
