Analyst Project Controller - Reporting & Performance Analytics

Job Description

Data & Business Intelligence

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for operational and project performance tracking
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency of reports
• Generate insights to support management decision-making

Process Automation & Digital Solutions

• Automate repetitive processes using Power Automate, Excel VBA, and Power Platform tools
• Build applications and forms using Power Apps to improve data capture and workflows
• Support SharePoint list and workflow design for business process efficiency
• Improve existing reporting and tracking tools through automation and optimization

Project Controls & Financial Support

• Assist in tracking project cost, budget, manpower, and performance data
• Support analysis of actual vs. budgeted cost, labor hours, and commitments
• Help monitor purchase orders, subcontract expenditures, and project funding limits
• Collect and analyze progress data and performance trends (schedule and cost)
• Support basic earned value management (EVM) reporting and analysis

Reporting & Stakeholder Support

• Prepare regular performance and status reports for business and project teams
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting or automation solutions
• Provide analytical support for ad-hoc data requests and project reviews

Qualifications

• Experience in BI, analytics, project controls, or automation roles
• Proficient in creating reports and dashboards. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy discipline
• Must be willing to work fixed night shifts and 3 days onsite per week
