ELEKS Human Capital Administration is looking for a Junior Personnel Records Specialist in Lviv.
### REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of fundamentals of office procedures and organization
Knowledge of principles, procedures, and practices of personnel recordkeeping
Experience with Jira, BAS, 1C
At least B1 level of English
Good MS Office knowledge
Experience with DIIA City would be a plus
### RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain personnel records in accordance with current legislation and established state standards
Maintain military records in accordance with current legislation and established state standards
Register employment, transfer, and dismissal of employees in accordance with the current labor law and regulations, instructions and orders approved by the company using appropriate forms and computer applications
Form and maintain personal files and data base of employees
Enter data into the personnel/payroll system
Fill, record keep and storage work books, accounting of employment history
Archive personnel files, prepare documents for shelving to the State Archives, if the time of storage in the enterprise has passed on
Provide personal data for accounting department, extra budgetary funds and tax inspectorate
Prepare with accountants documents required to obtain social benefits, granting of pensions, allowances and benefits to employees and their families and transfer them to the Social Welfare Authorities
Issue all kind of personnel certificates
Maintains computerized and paper records of employees, including records of annual leave, sick leave, leave without pay, and overtime. Prepares various personnel related reports for administrative staff and state authorities
