AnthroMed Education is seeking a passionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year in the Boulder, Colorado area. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity supporting two elementary schools and working directly with students, educators, and families to create positive behavioral outcomes and meaningful student success.

Position Details

  • Schedule: Full-Time (36 hours/week)
  • Dates: August 4, 2026 – May 21, 2027
  • Setting: Two Elementary Schools
  • Grade Levels: K-5
  • Onsite Position

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other behavioral evaluations
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students and school teams
  • Train and coach educators and support staff on evidence-based behavior strategies
  • Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions based on student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, administrators, and related service providers
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state requirements

Qualifications

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license required
  • Candidates must provide a current CDE license or COOL profile
  • Minimum of one year of classroom experience required
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Compensation

Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 annually
