Hourly Pay Range: $20 - $24 USD

Shift: M - F, 7:00am - 3:30pm

Job Summary

The Inventory Control Specialist ensures accurate inventory management by conducting physical counts, analyzing data, and maintaining records

What You'll Do...

  • Conduct periodic physical counts of inventory to maintain accurate records and identify discrepancies
  • Analyze inventory reports and data to identify trends, forecasts, and discrepancies
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems, processes, and procedures
  • Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and operations teams to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize stockouts
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize inventory management
  • Monitor and investigate inventory discrepancies, and communicate findings to relevant teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation

Requirements

What You'll Bring...

  • 2+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.
  • Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflow in a fast-paced environment
