This is a laboratory-based role focused on evaluating biologic products through advanced chromatography and complementary analytical methods. You will contribute to programs across the full development lifecycle—from early research through commercialization—while generating high-quality data to assess stability, purity, and overall product performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing with a strong emphasis on HPLC techniques, including SE-HPLC, IEX, HIC, and RP-HPLC
- Conduct detailed characterization of biologics using:
- Capillary Gel Electrophoresis (CGE)
- Imaged Capillary Electrophoresis (iCE)
- Spectroscopic and particulate analysis methods
- Evaluate stability, purity, and analytical performance of biologic candidates (e.g., monoclonal antibodies, proteins, mRNA, vaccines, ADCs)
- Support formulation and process development through data generation and interpretation
- Compile, analyze, and present experimental data in reports and presentations
- Utilize laboratory systems such as Empower and ELNs for data capture and documentation
- Maintain day-to-day laboratory operations, including reagent management and equipment upkeep
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program progression and deliverables
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutics, or a related scientific field
- Minimum 1+ year of industry experience in analytical testing, with a focus on chromatography (preferably HPLC)
- Hands-on experience working with biologics (e.g., proteins, monoclonal antibodies, enzymes, vaccines, mRNA, ADCs)
- Familiarity with analytical techniques used in large molecule characterization
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred:
- Experience with HPLC, capillary electrophoresis, or similar platforms
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
