Job Description
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue through the sale of all hotel services across rooms, F&B, events, and other hotel areas to individual clients, corporate accounts, and groups.
You will actively monitor upcoming congresses, conventions, and social events in the city to identify business opportunities and present tailored proposals that position the hotel competitively and maximize sales.
You will maintain full knowledge of the hotel’s pricing strategy, including rate structures, restrictions, availability, and all services offered, ensuring accurate and strategic selling at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales within the tourism and hospitality industry.
- Full fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Experience in negotiation and account management with travel agencies, corporate clients, and partners.
- Strong marketing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, results-driven, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced luxury environment.
