What You'll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls, texts, and chats
- Schedule service appointments and create customer records
- Help customers understand next steps and what to expect
- Ask great questions to identify customer needs
- Coordinate with dispatch and field teams
- Keep accurate notes and documentation in our CRM
- Provide calm, professional support during busy or stressful situations
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience every single day
