Plumbing Service Technician

Spartan Plumbing & Drains is seeking a highly skilled Plumbing Service Technician specializing in residential basic repairs. As a part of our esteemed organization, you will be responsible for providing excellent plumbing services to our valued clients. Your role will encompass diagnosing plumbing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring services comply with all safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and troubleshooting of residential plumbing systems.
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance on plumbing fixtures, including faucets, toilets, and pipes.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their plumbing issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain and uphold company standards regarding safety and quality of work.
• Document all services performed and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold the company's reputation for quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role, with a focus on residential plumbing.
• Relevant licensure or certification required for plumbing.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and repairs.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
