Senior AI Engineer role (Senior to Principal)

Job Description

• Experienced in end-to-end development (Python is a must).
• Experience in Solution architecture.
• Experience in MLOps, and preferably GCP.
• Experience in the frameworks: ADK, PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph.
• Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions – crafting bespoke AI solutions for our Nordic clients.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, fullstack developers, UX designers, Project and Product managers, and Google experts to overcome complex challenges and deliver impactful outcomes.
• Champion knowledge sharing and mentorship, guiding junior colleagues in the art of AI development and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Stay at the forefront of technologies, continuously expanding your expertise and exploring new possibilities.
• Confidently present solutions to clients, bridging the gap between complex algorithms and real-world business value, while actively cultivating and expanding those customer relationships.

Qualifications

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced AI Engineer with a proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying solutions to production. You’ll be a enthusiast with a deep understanding of AI/ML principles and hands-on experience with building end-to-end solutions.
As a coding expert, you’ll possess strong Python skills and a solid foundation in the frameworks: ADK, PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph.
Excellent communication is essential – you’ll build strong relationships with clients, translate their needs into innovative AI solutions, and present complex topics with clarity and confidence. You’re a true collaborator, thriving in team environments where knowledge sharing and mutual support are paramount.
Fluency in English and one of the Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish) is required.
