Job Description
We are seeking a Manager, Revenue Enablement (AI Enablement) to support the adoption and execution of AI-driven capabilities across our commercial organization. This role will focus on embedding enablement tools and learning into seller and manager workflows, ensuring consistent usage and business impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting execution and adoption of enablement tools
- Managing access and providing operational support
- Delivering AI-related training and embedding into existing programs
- Partnering with stakeholders to integrate enablement into onboarding and sales workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or related areas.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and commercial workflows.
- Proven ability to manage projects, processes, and multiple stakeholders in a global environment.
Additional Information
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $69,800.00 - 99,400.00. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
