Position Summary The Regional Sales Manager oversees and manages a team that is focused on cross selling products and services to the existing Vensure client base. Focusing on additional sales increases client satisfaction, value and retention while driving more revenue and greater profitability to Vensure.

Focused on growing client lifetime value, these self-motivated and hardworking professionals play a pivotal role in leading a team of Client Growth Consultants that leverage our portfolio of products to solve clients' critical business needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Regional Sales Manager for Client Growth, your primary responsibility is to manage, motivate, and coach a team of Client Growth Consultants that is focused on selling a defined product and service portfolio to the existing Vensure client base.
Drive revenue and achieve defined sales targets. Manage team pipeline and ensure forecast accuracy. Drive consistent pipeline growth through direct client outreach. Train and enable Client Relation Partners to drive high quality leads while collaborating to ensure client outreach is in concert with their service and retention efforts. Manage the team's sales process and coach accordingly to help develop each team member to run an efficient and effective cycle. Manage key performance metrics while monitoring trends and opportunities of improvement. Drive accountability to defined performance standards through mentorship, leadership, training and coaching. Conduct weekly team meetings and have frequent team member check ins to mentor, train and develop team members. Conduct frequent individual 1:1's with team members. Provide regular field insights and perspective to collaborate with Client Growth Leadership in ongoing strategy and execution improvements. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven track record of sales achievement, managing high unit volume sales team. Ability to coach, train, and hold team members accountable. Strong capacity to motivate a diverse group. Foundational experience in managing Challenger, Sandler, or similar sales methodologies. Strong business acumen and understanding of HR outsourcing concepts. Alignment with our company values (check them out). Unquestionable business ethics and a clear commitment to doing the right thing. Strong and consistent follow up skills and time management. Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. High emotional intelligence and self-awareness, open to feedback and coaching. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; capable of communicating as a knowledgeable leader. Team player and purposeful collaborator, contributing to the overall success of the team. Hands on experience with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred. Experience in TLM, HCM, Payroll, or other HR outsourced sales is a plus. Education & Experience
High School Diploma, College Degree is preferred. 3+ years of successful sales experience, leadership experience is preferred. If no leadership experience, documented track record of taking stretch assignments and pre-leadership development assignments, trainings, and experience Required Licenses and/or Certifications

Verbal and Written Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for executive-level reporting, cross functional coordination, and team leadership. Ability to clearly articulate strategy, goals, and expectations across diverse teams. Presentation Skills: Ability to present to internal stakeholders, external partners, and senior leadership. Environmental Conditions Primarily will be an indoor, office environment. May occasionally have moderate noise level from copiers, W2 or check printers, and coworkers. May work in various additional environments, including client offices, industry conferences, customer events, and training sessions. This means adapting to different settings and conditions regularly. This role may involve extended periods of sitting during travel and meetings, as well as standing and walking during client visits and events.
