Job Description
$23.00 per hour
- Team lead role over Assisted Living CNA team members
- Support HWD by managing Assisted Living team members.
- Schedule Assisted Living team members.
- Participate in Care Plan meetings with families and residents and manage ISP’s as resident needs change.
- Promote all company policies by ensuring SLC communities are providing the best care possible for our residents.
- Participate in weekly at-risk meetings with HWD, ED, MCC/ MCD to ensure leadership team is aware of all resident needs.
- Review and implement all necessary processes for optimal operational efficiency such as- shower schedules, laundry schedules, caregiver assignment sheets, etc.
Qualifications
Level of Formal Education: HS or GED
Area of Study: General
Years of Experience: Must have 2 years of management experience
Type of Experience: CNA experience a plus, scheduling, communicating with families
Special Certifications: CNA
Language Skills: Acceptable fluency in English in order to perform job duties and speak, read, write, and communicate with supervisors, coworkers, residents, and applicable third parties.
Technical Competencies: Basic computer skills, Excel for scheduling
Skills and Ability:
- Need to be organized, flexible, and even tempered.
- Ability to communicate with families, frontline team, and community management team to ensure optimal operational success.
Personal Attributes: Calm personality that possess the ability handle stressful situations with an easy demeanor, ability to multitask and follow through, and self-motivated.
