- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Provide detailed information about services, and packages to guests
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with administrative tasks such as report generation and filing
Requisitos
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic approache
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office suite
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Additional certifications in hospitality
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards
- Fluency in English and Spanish required, other languages is a plus
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
