  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Provide detailed information about services, and packages to guests
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as report generation and filing

Requisitos

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic approache
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office suite
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations professionally
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Additional certifications in hospitality
  • Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required,  other languages is a plus
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
