Job Description
Focus on quantifying and forecasting trends in employee engagement, retention, and talent management metrics. Utilize advanced analytics methodologies to identify patterns and correlations that inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and policies. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for enhancing recruitment, performance management, succession planning, and other HR initiatives. Develop and execute the strategic vision for the People Analytics function and HR Centers of Excellence in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives. Lead a team of HR analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities related to employee experience, talent management and organizational effectiveness. Provide strategic direction and oversight to the Centers of Excellence (CoEs) within HR, including Employee Experience and Performance Management. Collaborate with CoE leaders to develop and implement innovative solutions, programs, and initiatives that support the attraction, development, and retention of top talent. Ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices and policies across regions and business units, while also accommodating local nuances and requirements. Lead change management efforts to drive organizational transformation initiatives, including restructuring activities. Partner with key stakeholders to assess organizational needs, identify gaps, and develop targeted interventions to enhance employee engagement, performance, and productivity. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by championing professional growth opportunities and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the HR community. May telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. and report to the company's headquarters in Alpharetta, Georgia. Position requires up to 10% travel to India.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: Position requires a master’s degree in Human Resources (HR), Statistics, Analytics, or related field and two (2) years of experience in Data analytics, in the position offered, or related occupation; OR alternatively a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (HR), Statistics, Analytics, or related field and five (5) years of experience in Data analytics, in the position offered, or related occupation. Foreign degree equivalent accepted. Position also requires two (2) years of experience with each of the following skills: Statistical analysis; Data mining; Predictive modeling, and data visualization tools including RStudio, Python, SAS, SQL, Tableau, QlikView, Qlik Sense and Power BI; Big Data Analytics; General Management; Database Systems & Languages including Oracle HCM, SQL Server, and MySQL; and Microsoft & Other Tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, JIRA, Adobe Analytics, and Confluence.
