Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner PRN

We offer behavioral healthcare services – psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, etc. – that allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being.

• Conduct history and physical examinations.
• Review lab results and monitor blood levels.
• Manage sick calls and prepare discharge documentation, including physician orders and prescriptions (if prescriptive authority is granted).
• Provide support and resources to the adult residential program and detox as needed.
• Coordinate with the primary care physician and psychiatrist (with the assistance of nursing staff) when appropriate.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure medications are cost-effective for clients after discharge, including completing prior authorization requests for medications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Nurse Practitioner Certification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Addiction Medicine and/or Family Practice Medicine.
