Manual Packing operator - Tieto Banktech (m/f/d) 

We are looking for a Manual Packing operator who wants to be part of Tieto Banktech. Tieto Banktech powers some of the Nordics’ most trusted banking systems with secure, reliable, and scalable solutions. Using automation, data, AI, and cloud, supported by hands-on guidance, we help banks modernize their core, strengthen trust, and deliver greater impact across the banking experience. 

 
The Production Operator is responsible for packaging payment cards, assembling customer orders, and preparing shipments in line with customer specifications, quality standards, and security requirements. The role also involves identifying and reporting quality issues, operational risks, and security incidents, while collaborating with colleagues and other departments to ensure efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package and assemble payment cards and related materials
• Sort, count, and prepare envelopes and shipments
• Perform quality control checks on products and shipments
• Prepare and hand over shipments to courier services
• Follow work instructions, quality standards, and security procedures
• Identify and report quality issues, risks, or incidents
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Ensure secure handling and storage of materials and products
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Participate in training and process improvement activities

Requirements:

• Secondary education or equivalent
• Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, or fulfilment is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• High level of responsibility, reliability, and integrity
• Ability to follow procedures and work instructions consistently
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Latvian language proficiency; basic English is an advantage
