Position Overview: Our team at Vitaly Health is looking for a Family Medicine NP/PA to join our Medical Center on a three months Locum Tenens basis, with a start date of July 2026. Requirements
- Board Certified
- Licensed in Washington State
- FPNP or UC Background Experience Required
- No Certifications are Required
- Fellowship Status Preferred
- EPIC Preferred
