We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations professional to lead workplace investigations, strengthen compliance frameworks, and drive fair, consistent employee practices across the organization. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, ensuring adherence to company policies, labor laws, and ethical workplace standards while fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in employee relations, compliance management, workplace investigations, and policy governance. You will play a critical role in resolving complex employee matters, mitigating organizational risks, and enhancing HR processes through data-driven insights and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage workplace investigations related to misconduct, policy violations, harassment complaints, disciplinary issues, and employee grievances.
- Provide expert guidance to HR teams and business leaders on employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, compliance requirements, and labor law implications.
- Conduct thorough, objective, and confidential investigations while ensuring proper documentation and adherence to legal and organizational standards.
- Analyze investigation trends and employee relations data to identify risk areas and recommend preventive actions, policy enhancements, and training programs.
- Develop, implement, and strengthen employee relations policies, procedures, and governance frameworks aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and HR stakeholders to ensure effective resolution of employee matters and regulatory compliance.
- Support internal and external audits, inspections, and compliance reviews, including reporting findings and driving corrective action plans.
- Maintain accurate case records, investigation reports, and compliance documentation while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Conduct periodic process reviews, gap assessments, and risk evaluations to improve employee relations practices and organizational controls.
- Promote a culture of fairness, accountability, ethical conduct, and employee trust across the organization.

- Experience collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and Audit functions on complex employee and regulatory matters.
