Job Description
**Responsibilities:**
- Analyse and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and insights that support business objectives
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and best practices in data analysis, visualisation, and storytelling
- Drive HR digitalisation initiatives, including process improvement and automation, by ensuring UI/UX principles are implemented throughout the design stage of HR digitalisation projects
- Develop and enhance HR dashboards and reporting using **Power BI**
- Develop and produce materials, including videos and digital content, to support HR initiatives
Qualifications
Master/Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, AI, Data Analytics, or related field
Basic knowledge or exposure to:
Power BI / Data visualisation tools
Data analysis or dashboard creation
Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred)
Interest in HR systems, automation, and digital transformation
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience in UI/UX design principles to enhance data presentations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex information through data storytelling to non-technical stakeholders
