Job Description
Your next role
In your next role, you will be part of IMC, a key creative partner within the IKEA ecosystem. IMC creates communication for all IKEA retailers—always at the lowest cost—combining deep home furnishing knowledge with a strong passion for the IKEA range to develop content that strengthens the brand and inspires growth.
As a creative partner, IMC delivers content aligned with business priorities and consumer insights, using scalable ways of working to meet both todays and tomorrow’s needs.
In this role, you will manage and lead a team of Project Leaders within Range & Product Communication. Additionally, you will develop and maintain effective and efficient project management frameworks and routines. These will support team success, strengthen collaboration across functions and companies, and improve flow, efficiency, and scalability across ideation, creation, production, and delivery.
On a typical working day, you will:
Lead, coach and develop Project Leaders to deliver projects end-to-end with clear scope, priorities, timelines, and strong execution.
Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and companies to align expectations, ensure delivery, and capture learnings for continuous improvement.
Drive and continuously improve project management and Range & Product Communication ways of working to increase efficiency, quality and scalability.
Connect ideation, creation and production through clear workflows, roles and use of new technology to enable effective collaboration and impactful outcomes.
Build team capability and performance through recruitment, coaching and a supportive, inclusive environment, while ensuring cost-efficient, high‑quality delivery aligned with business priorities.
