Analogues Beverages Powder Development Engineer

Eram Talent is seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Analogue Beverage Powder Development Engineer to develop and optimize beverage powder formulations that meet market demands, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The role is responsible for the end-to-end product development process, including formulation, ingredient selection, process optimization, product evaluation, and scale-up. Reporting to the R&D Manager, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Quality, Production, Procurement, and Marketing to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and high-quality beverage powder products. The ideal candidate must has prior experience in Food Manufacturing Industry.

Requirements

Tasks and Responsibilities of the role:

• Develop formulations for analogue beverage powders.
• Conduct laboratory trials and quality, stability, and sensory tests.
• Improve solubility, texture, color, and flavor properties.
• Select and evaluate raw materials and suppliers.
• Collaborate with quality, production, and marketing teams.
• Scale up formulations from laboratory to industrial production.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Prepare technical reports and document development processes.
