Job Description

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Guide, mentor, and empower team members to maximize daily engagement and productivity while fostering a good performing, inclusive growth culture.
• Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Lead the acquisition function to identify market opportunities, plan tactical outreach, and ensure seamless onboarding for new clients and partners.
• Direct account management efforts to cultivate long-term client relationships, optimize customer satisfaction, and unlock the value of existing accounts.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, particularly Marketing, to align on promotional strategies and coordinate the deployment of marketing assets.
• Track daily pipelines and team metrics to deliver clear, data-driven progress updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years in Sales or Business Development, including demonstrated experience leading, supervising, or mentoring a team.
• Intermediate proficiency in data management and analysis to guide strategic decisions and build clear reports.
• English communication skills for professional business interactions.
• Foundational knowledge of the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial acquisition through client retention.
• Skill for presentation, and negotiation skills across diverse audiences.
• Experience supporting, motivating, and collaborating with a diverse team.
