Job Description
- Manage senior customer relationships across corporate and site levels to ensure stability and long‑term value
- Grow existing accounts through margin improvement, project expansion and increased share of wallet
- Identify targeted new business that complements the existing portfolio
- Understand client needs and position Rexel as the preferred partner across multiple projects
- Promote eBusiness and value‑add solutions to lift customer efficiency
- Maintain accurate CRM data to support forecasting and account planning
- Work closely with the branch network to deliver service excellence
Qualifications
- Experienced key account manager with success in retention, growth and selective new business
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability
- Ability to influence at all levels and translate needs into complete solutions
- Industry or product knowledge (electrical ideal)
- Strong CRM discipline and solid Microsoft Office skills
