Social Media Creative Intern (July)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Marketing team to plan and execute content calendars
• Spot social trends and develop content ideas with viral potential
• Assist in conducting trend research and creating engaging social media content aligned with the brand’s messaging across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, and the website
• Head community management on TikTok, including responding to comments and DMs
• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop creative briefs, copywriting (for social media posts, ads, and emails), and the monthly content calendar.
• Generate leads for partnerships and collaboration opportunities (i.e., KOLs, UGC creators, and brands).
• Leverage AI tools to ideate content concepts, draft copy, and enhance creative workflows
• ⁠Support other ad-hoc marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, but not mandatory
• ⁠⁠Experienced with at least two social media platforms (Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Facebook)
• Skilled in photo and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut or similar)
• Comfortable and confident being in front of the camera for content creation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, Strong command of English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus to support content on Xiao Hong Shu
• ⁠A natural passion and enthusiasm for fashion and social media
• Relevant internship or freelance experience in marketing, content creation, or social media is a plus
• Able to commit to full-time work for at least 6 months is a plus
