WHAT YOU’LL DO 

We’re looking for a Sales & Warehouse Operations Manager to lead the operational agenda across our warehouse network for a defined continent cluster. In this role, you’ll drive performance, align priorities with markets and business functions, and ensure our warehouses are set up to deliver on targets — balancing cost, service, and sustainability.

You’ll play a key role in connecting operations with business needs, empowering teams on the ground, and continuously improving how we work across the value chain.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead operational planning, target setting, and the overall warehouse agenda for a defined continent cluster
• Drive performance across warehouses, ensuring the right actions are in place to meet targets while balancing cost, service levels, and sustainability
• Build strong relationships with markets, brands, and business functions to align priorities, capture needs, and ensure transparency on performance and cost
• Own KPI management, identifying trends and driving actions on risks, challenges, and opportunities
• Enable and support DC teams to strengthen operational excellence and deliver on targets
• Ensure stable operations in line with global operational and tech standards
• Own and follow up on the operational budget for the warehouse cluster
• Lead crisis management and internal control activities, ensuring strong planning and follow-up
• Manage and act on stock balancing needs (where applicable)
• Drive continent-led initiatives and support global projects impacting warehouse operations

WHO YOU ARE 

We are looking for people with…

• Experienced in warehouse operations or broader logistics/supply chain, with a strong understanding of end-to-end flows
• A strong collaborator who can connect and align multiple stakeholders across markets, functions, and seniority levels
• Strategic and analytical, with the ability to translate insights into clear actions and results
• Confident in leading performance, setting direction, and driving operational improvements
• Business-oriented, with a clear focus on delivering results and creating value
• Comfortable managing complexity, prioritizing, and delegating across multiple initiatives
• Strong understanding of both operational processes and business needs across retail and e-commerce
• A clear communicator who can simplify complexity and create alignment across teams
