About Us

We are a growing medical supply retail store focused on providing excellent customer service and reliable medical products to our community. We are looking for a dependable and organized individual to help manage daily store operations and support the store manager.

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day store operations
  • Manage and monitor inventory levels
  • Order and restock medical supplies and products
  • Work with insurance companies regarding claims, approvals, and paperwork
  • Assist customers with product questions and purchases
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Ensure shelves and stock areas stay organized
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
  • Help maintain smooth daily workflow of the store
  • Support the store manager with operational tasks

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in retail, medical supplies, healthcare administration, or inventory management preferred
  • Basic computer and office software knowledge
  • Experience dealing with insurance companies is a plus
  • Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
