Job Description
- Lead hotel-wide maintenance to ensure guest comfort.
- Monitor energy, test safety systems, and maintain equipment.
- Coordinate external contractors with the Chief Engineer.
- Drive ongoing safety and operational training.
- Champion a diverse and welcoming culture.
- Assist with budgeting, cost control, and inventory.
- Enforce safety, EPA, and PPE standards.
Qualifications
- We need a detail-oriented problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Experience with supervising maintenance, ideally in a large complex or hotel will be ideal.
- Trade qualification will be advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office and property management systems (e.g., Opera).
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
- Strong communicator, highly organized, and culturally aware.
