In this role, you'll perform residential and commercial plumbing service work, educate customers on repair options, and help maintain NexGen's reputation for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Diagnose plumbing issues and perform service repairs on residential and commercial systems
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot water, drain, and gas piping systems
Provide accurate estimates and explain repair and replacement options to customers
Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong customer relationships
Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle in a clean and professional manner
Participate in weekend and on-call service rotations
Collaborate with team members to support company goals and customer satisfaction
Complete service documentation accurately and timely
