Labor Management and Operations Intern

Job Description
- Labor Management Data Entry & Migration: Accurately transfer employee, information from existing community master schedule spreadsheets into the new scheduling software.
- Labor Management Data Validation: Review data entries for accuracy (e.g., names, departments, job titles, master schedule).
- Scheduling System Support: Assist in setting up initial community profiles.
- Scheduling/supporting team training as needed.
- Communication: Coordinate with Operations Specialist to resolve data discrepancies and verify scheduling input is complete by the deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Level of Formal Education: Completion or pursuing a degree.
Area of Study: Business, Operations Management, Information Systems or related field.
Type of Experience: Senior Living preferred by not required.
Technical Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Information Systems: Experience with CRM systems or scheduling software is a plus.
