You’re an experienced outside sales professional who knows your craft. What you don’t want is to waste it chasing cold leads, hunting for your own appointments, or working without a system behind you.
In this role, you’ll get the support you need to succeed. You’ll walk in with qualified, pre-set appointments, a dedicated appointment setting team working on your behalf, and marketing resources that do the heavy lifting so you can focus on what you do best — connecting with families and closing business.

What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)
- Make what you want: Earn competitive compensation that you control by closing pre-set appointments (typical average of $50,000 - $70,000/annually with no earning cap).

Requirements
If you have these skills, we want to talk with you!
- Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one
- 5+ years consultative sales experience is a bonus!
- Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development skills
- Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments
- Excellent listening and persuasion skills, lead generation, and networking abilities
