AECOM busca un Safety, Health & Environment Manager en Lázaro Cardenas
Las responsabilidades de este puesto incluyen, entre otras:
- Lead the HSSE Team on site.
- Be responsible on behalf of the Client for ensuring a high standard of HSSESP is maintained by the contractors, their subcontractors and other parties working on the Project and is in accordance with local regulations and international best practice
- Review, approve and follow up of contractors' HSSESP management system and plans
- including assessment of their effectiveness and ensuring updates are implemented
- periodically.
- Organise and attend HSSESP meetings.
- Ensure proper recording of HSE indices/KPIs and safe man hours achieved by contractors and issue of HSE reports as necessary.
- Undertake HSSESP monitoring and audits to ensure that construction activities are in accordance with contractual obligations and performance standards and with applicable laws (including local HSE regulations).
- Manage the environment monitoring program before and during construction in compliance with the conditions as specified in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), HSSESP and associated management plans for the Project and applicable Law including ensuring the EIA remains valid and updated as applicable
Qualifications
Requisitos mínimos:
- Ingeniero civil o campo relacionado + 6 años de experiencia y/o formación equivalente demostrada.
Requisitos preferidos:
- Ingeniero civil o campo relacionado 15 años de experiencia y/o formación equivalente demostrada.
- Experiencia de SH&E en el ramo de la construcción, al menos 2 proyectos
- Incluyendo estructuras de muelle, estructuras de hormigón, proyectos de interfaz hombre-máquina - Idioma Ingles
