This is an operations-forward role focused on execution, accuracy, and process improvement.

As part of the WPN content team, you will partner closely with the content manager and channel owners to turn requests into clear briefs, feasible timelines, and shippable content. This role supports go-to market strategy throughout our fast-paced publishing workflow where success is organized, reliable, and scalable global content.

What You'll Do:

  • Own request intake to ensuring briefs are complete and coordinate feasible timelines with content manager before work begins.
  • Maintain the content calendar, track progress, and proactively resolve schedule risks and dependencies.
  • Build and support publishing content in our CMS and email tools, including formatting, metadata, and link QA.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, and templates that reduce content errors and improve speed.
  • Coordinate reviews and approvals, driving follow-ups and keeping collaborators aligned.

What You'll Bring:

  • At least 1–3 years experience with content production and coordination for internal and external content publishing.
  • An organized, meticulous approach to scheduling and building efficiencies to map, refine, and produce content processes and SOP documentation.
  • Key content production skills including: clear and concise written and verbal communication, general copy editing, as well as accuracy and attention to detail for digital text and visual content.
  • A growth mindset eager to learn new tools and systems to level up the experience for WPN retailers and content partners.
  • Proficiency with content management systems and maintaining a content production calendar.
  • Excitement for facilitating tabletop gaming and retail experiences for global brands.

Nice to Haves:

  • Practical knowledge of tools and automation platforms for content management and tracking workflows.
  • Experience with Smartsheet and/or Confluence project management software plus Contentful and/or Braze content platforms.
  • Familiarity with Wizards of the Coast brands including Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons and their related in-store play.
