Executive Assistant, Chief Technology Officer

Job Description
- Manage a complex calendar, proactively identifying conflicts, protecting focus time, and recommending priorities
- Anticipate needs, identify potential challenges, and provide solutions before issues arise
- Coordinate meetings, leadership reviews, offsites, town halls, and other technology team events
- Support the planning and execution of team-building activities, employee engagement events, and community initiatives
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and follow-up action items to drive accountability and execution
- Manage domestic and international travel, detailed itineraries, and expense reporting
- Serve as a key connector across the Technology organization, helping monitor team morale, culture, and employee experience
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, responding independently when appropriate
- Build strong relationships with executive assistants and leaders across the company to facilitate collaboration and coordination
- Develop and maintain systems, processes, and documentation that improve organizational effectiveness and executive productivity
- Handle highly confidential information with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, project support, operations, or executive support role
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, manage competing priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong intellectual curiosity and desire to understand how the business operates
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
- Comfortable interacting with leaders at all levels of the organization
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Naturally proactive and solutions-oriented; brings recommendations and options, not just problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable asking questions and seeking context to continuously improve and learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive situations
- Bachelor's degree preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered
Pay Range: $40.00 - $41.00/hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
