Job Description

FAENA The Red Sea is seeking an energetic and guest-focused Buggy Host (Saudi National) to join our Front Office team. This role is responsible for providing safe, efficient, and memorable transportation experiences throughout the resort while delivering exceptional hospitality at every interaction. As a key touchpoint in the guest journey, the Buggy Host will warmly engage with guests, assist with transportation requests, and ensure seamless movement across the resort while upholding the luxury service standards of the FAENA brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and efficient transportation for guests throughout the resort.
  • Welcome guests warmly and deliver exceptional service during every journey.
  • Assist guests with boarding and exiting buggies, ensuring comfort and safety at all times.
  • Transport guests between villas, guestrooms, restaurants, wellness facilities, beaches, and other resort locations.
  • Support guest arrivals and departures by assisting with luggage and transportation coordination.
  • Respond promptly to transportation requests received through operational communication channels.
  • Coordinate closely with Concierge, Bell Desk, Front Office, and Guest Experience teams.
  • Provide guests with basic information about resort facilities, events, and services.
  • Support VIP guest movements and special transportation arrangements.
  • Ensure buggy vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for operation at all times.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
  • Follow all resort traffic rules, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Ensure the safe handling of guest belongings during transportation.
  • Maintain awareness of resort activities and peak operational periods to support guest needs.
  • Uphold luxury hospitality standards through professional appearance, grooming, and guest engagement.

Qualifications

 

  • Valid driving license in accordance with local regulations.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, transportation, or customer service is preferred.
  • Experience within a luxury hotel or resort environment is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent guest service mindset and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative.
  • Strong awareness of safety and operational procedures.
  • Physically fit and able to assist guests with luggage when required.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
