Job Description
NPI drives product development from concept to mass production through process optimization, risk management, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and develop new products in WM, TRR, and DC, ensuring smooth transfer to mass production (MP).
- Conduct process development risk assessment, evaluation planning (CZ/DOE)
- Establish optimal process conditions through evaluation, apply SPC for stable operations & documentation.
- Track, analyse and compile all sample build data in reports as requested by designers/customers
- Prepare & report on deliverables to REL-AED.
Qualifications
Qualifications
1. Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, or related)
- 2–3 years experience in:
- Semiconductor / assembly / manufacturing / process engineering
- OR fresh graduate with relevant internship/project exposure (optional flexibility)
2.Technical Knowledge
- Basic understanding of Manufacturing processes (e.g., Dicing, DA, WB, molding, or similar)
- Process flow & defect mechanisms
- Familiar with SPC / data analysis fundamentals
- Basic DOE concept (not necessarily expert level)
3. Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills
- Ability to analyse production/sample build data & Identify trends and potential issues.
4. Communication & Coordination
- Able to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams (QA, OPS, R&D) & Prepare basic technical reports and summaries.
5. Working Attitude
- Detail-oriented with structured approach & willing to learn and handle multiple tasks in NPI environment
