Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary IT Executive to lead our technology initiatives and drive digital transformation in ibis Jaipur City Centre, India. In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee the entire IT function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while fostering innovation, efficiency, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong business acumen, demonstrating the ability to make decisive decisions, manage complex projects, and inspire high-performing teams in a collaborative and transparent environment.

• Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational objectives and market trends.
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage IT budget allocation, vendor relationships, and procurement processes to optimize cost-effectiveness and service delivery.
• Implement IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance, risk management, and data security.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance organizational capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to understand business requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions.
• Manage IT projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners.
• Champion change management initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
• Monitor cybersecurity posture and implement proactive measures to protect organizational assets and data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in IT management, IT operations, or IT leadership roles.
• Proven experience in IT strategy development and digital transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing IT teams and leading organizational change
• Experience in enterprise systems, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure management.
