Job Description

As the D2P Excellence Specialist, you will operate within a complex and continuously evolving global product portfolio driven by innovation, brand strategy, and sustainability programs. You will support the Global Design Excellence Manager in driving the Design-to-Print (D2P) strategy to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality across both Global and Local brands.  

  • Lead D2P system enablement by managing improvements, maintenance, and training for the end-2-end D2P management system to drive global adoption.
  • Drive artwork standardization through the development and documentation of global templates, toolkits, and technical brand guidelines.  
  • Optimize print-related processes by implementing simplification initiatives that enhance speed-to-market while maintaining high quality and compliance.  
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution between global and local marketing teams, procurement, and external design agencies to ensure seamless artwork delivery.  
  • Maintain the "Single Source of Truth" for D2P documentation, ensuring all standards and guidelines are updated and easily accessible to stakeholders.  
  • Analyze and report on D2P performance by tracking key efficiency metrics and providing tangible status updates to senior PMO leadership.

For this role as a D2P Excellence Specialist, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience: 

 

  • Specialized D2P Experience: 5–8 years of experience specifically within a Design-to-Print or production-oriented design environment.  
  • Higher education degree in Graphic Design, Design Technology, Packaging Design, or a related design/technical field with a focus on packaging production.
  • Print Production Expertise: Solid knowledge of packaging print production techniques, materials. 
  • Proven Automation Experience: Proven track record with system-driven or automated design/artwork processes.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with experience using system-driven and automated artwork management tools.
  • Structured Project Management: Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate complex technical standards into clear guidance and training for others.  
  • Collaborative Mindset: Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing diverse international stakeholders.
