We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Bank Fee Oversight & Analysis Manager to own the oversight, analysis, and optimization of global bank fees across our banking network. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in bank fee reporting and allocation, while driving cost reduction through data-driven insights and process improvements. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large, complex datasets and can translate findings into actionable outcomes that support Treasury’s banking strategy and financial performance. This position combines hands-on operational responsibility with scope to progressively take ownership of key initiatives and drive their execution, requiring strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and banking partners, as well as the ability to independently lead analysis and deliver improvements aligned with Treasury leadership priorities.
Please note: For this position, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship now or in the future. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the country they apply to and be able to start and maintain employment without visa support from Convera.
You will be responsible for:
- Bank Fee Oversight & Accuracy: Own end-to-end validation, reconciliation, and allocation of global bank fees across entities, products, and banking partners, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and consistency.
- Analysis & Insights: Analyze fee structures, pricing, and volumes to identify trends, anomalies, cost drivers, and optimization opportunities.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate discrepancies and billing errors, partnering with banks and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Cost Optimization: Drive savings initiatives (e.g., renegotiations, routing optimization, consolidation), track, validate, and sustain realized savings, and mitigate cost re-creep risks.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Treasury, Finance, Accounting, and Bank Account Management teams on negotiations, benchmarking, and strategic decisions.
- Reporting & Governance: Deliver dashboards, KPIs, and actionable insights to leadership while supporting governance, audits, and performance reviews.
- Process Improvement & Automation: Enhance data quality, standardize processes, and implement automation and system improvements (incl. TMS) to improve scalability and efficiency.
- No direct people management is involved in this role.
You should apply if you have:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s in finance/accounting/economics (or related) with 5–10+ years in Treasury, banking, finance, or financial analysis.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of bank fees, transaction banking, global payments, and financial analysis (incl. reconciliations & expense management); advanced Excel and reporting tools.
- Systems & Exposure (Preferred): Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS), multi-currency/global banking, and bank fee benchmarking or negotiations.
- Core Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and high attention to detail.
- Collaboration & Communication: Able to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Ownership & Execution: Self-driven with ability to operate independently and deliver initiatives end-to-end.
- Process Improvement: Focus on automation, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Work Style: Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a global environment.
