Salesforce Developer | TE&S

Job Description

Natixis in Portugal is currently seeking a Salesforce Developer to join its TE&S (Tech Expertise and Solution) team, within the IT (Information Technologies) department. 

As a Mid-Level Developer, you will work closely with business stakeholders and senior developers to understand requirements and design, develop and deploy Salesforce solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining custom applications using Apex, Visualforce and Lightning components.
• Designing and implementing Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop and deploy Salesforce solutions.
• Performing code reviews and ensuring best practices are followed.
• Troubleshooting and debugging issues related to Salesforce applications.
• Implementing integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
• Writing and executing unit and integration tests.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Staying up to date with the latest Salesforce releases and technologies.
• Mentoring and coaching junior developers.

Qualifications

Hard Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with Salesforce integration and data migration.
• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration and customization using declarative tools.
• Experience with source control management tools, such as Git.
• Proficient in English (mandatory).
• Salesforce certification is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and senior developers.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
