Job Description
- Supervise and motivate housekeeping team members, including staffing, training, discipline, scheduling, and monitoring performance to ensure adherence to service and productivity standards and total guest satisfaction.
- Assign duties and review work for accuracy, neatness, and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Complete assigned projects monthly and track progress.
- Supervise daily and weekly labor and manage departmental expenses.
- Communicate effectively with guests and employees, both verbally and in writing, providing clear direction and guidance to staff.
- Organize, conduct, or attend meetings to share and receive pertinent information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience, leading teams in housekeeping, janitor services or facilities cleaning
- Must be able to regularly lift, pull, push, and or/move up to 35 pounds
- Must be able to use a mobile device
- Customer Service Skills
