Public Area Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise and motivate housekeeping team members, including staffing, training, discipline, scheduling, and monitoring performance to ensure adherence to service and productivity standards and total guest satisfaction.
• Assign duties and review work for accuracy, neatness, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Complete assigned projects monthly and track progress.
• Supervise daily and weekly labor and manage departmental expenses.
• Communicate effectively with guests and employees, both verbally and in writing, providing clear direction and guidance to staff.
• Organize, conduct, or attend meetings to share and receive pertinent information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience, leading teams in housekeeping, janitor services or facilities cleaning
• Must be able to regularly lift, pull, push, and or/move up to 35 pounds
• Must be able to use a mobile device
• Customer Service Skills
