Project – the aim you’ll have
You'll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional People team working closely with managers and business leaders across the organization. In this role, you will support strategic HR initiatives, organizational growth and employee experience while helping to build a strong, people-focused and high-performing company culture.
As a People Partner, you will play an important role in shaping leadership standards, supporting change management initiatives and driving HR processes aligned with business goals and company values.
Position – how you’ll contribute
- Support strategic HR planning and organizational change initiatives aligned with business needs
- Partner with managers and leadership teams by providing coaching, guidance and support in people-related topics
- Act as a company culture and employee experience champion, supporting engagement and a positive work environment
- Coordinate employee relations processes and support managers in resolving people-related challenges
- Ensure HR policies, processes and practices are aligned with local labor law and internal standards
- Support talent management initiatives focused on attracting, developing and retaining top talent
- Cooperate with leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities and management effectiveness
- Analyze and monitor HR data, reports and people analytics to support data-driven decisions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support operational excellence within People processes
Qualifications
Expectations – the experience you need
- Several years of experience in HR / HRBP roles, preferably in IT or software services environment
- Experience in supporting managers and leadership teams in dynamic organizations
- Good understanding of labor law, HR policies and employee relations
- Experience in organizational development, talent management and change management initiatives
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset and experience working with HR data and reporting
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
