Position: Technical Project Manager

Location: Remote (South Africa) - US Working Hours (9 AM to 5 PM EST)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Paid in South African Rand (ZAR)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong GoHighLevel (GHL) and CRM implementation knowledge. This role will act as the bridge between clients and the internal development team, ensuring client requirements are accurately translated into functional CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their workflows, processes, and CRM requirements.
• Document and communicate project requirements to the internal CRM build team.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Ensure CRM solutions are implemented according to client specifications.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) and CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automations, and business processes.
• Ability to gather detailed client requirements and document workflows clearly.
• Experience translating business needs into technical specifications for implementation teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with strong project coordination and problem-solving abilities.
