Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Lounge Host to join our team in Glasgow, United Kingdom. As a Lounge Host, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience in our exclusive lounge facilities.

  • Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere
  • Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs
  • Serve food and beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
  • Keep the lounge area clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times
  • Process guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food and beverage service
  • Monitor and replenish buffet items as needed
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service practices
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Food hygiene certificate is desirable
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
  • A smart and well-groomed appearance
  • UK Work Permit
